Hello friends and family!
We made it! The Nations2Nations DTS has officially started its outreach adventure! We have officially landed Nairobi, Kenya.
As the team stepped of the plane, we were greeted with the smell of soil and fresh rain. A wide expanse of blue sky stretched for miles, encapsulating the beauty of Kenya. Different bird songs fill the air, weaving together in harmony.
We were greeted by several members of staff here at the YWAM base, and quickly became excited at the prospect of working alongside them. This first day was for rest and recovery after a long day of traveling, but all the team members wait in eager expectation of what kind of adventures await us here in Kenya!
